Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • USA: 3–8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 3–12 business days

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in these estimates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also visit our Order Tracking page for more details.

What if my package is delayed?

In rare cases, packages may take longer than expected — especially during holiday seasons (November–December) or promotional periods. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will ship a replacement at no charge.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Please contact us at csnmj3919@gmail.com to initiate a return.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

What items cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom/personalized products, or personal care items.

Orders & Payments

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. If you need to cancel, please email us at csnmj3919@gmail.com as soon as possible. A $20 transaction fee applies to cancellations made within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with SSL encryption.
