Approximate Shipping Times

- Domestic: 3–8 business days (tracking available)
In very rare instances, packages may take longer than expected. We are unable to control shipping times or unexpected delays en-route. We will ship a replacement package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days. This may especially occur during busy holiday seasons (November–December), promotions, or other events.
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery estimate. Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent to the post office).
After your order has been processed, our shipping partner will pick up your package. A tracking email will be sent once your order ships.
During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, processing may take longer. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.
Cancelling an Order
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it if it has already been processed. If you wish to cancel, please email us at csnmj3919@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please note that if a cancellation is requested within 30 minutes of placement and before the order has been processed, a $20 processing fee may apply. Once an order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
