Installation Guide


  1. Safety First: Turn off the ignition and allow the engine to cool down completely before starting.


  2. Disconnect: Wrap a shop towel around the hose fittings to catch any residual fluid, release the clamps, and disconnect the coolant hoses into a catch pan.


  3. Unbolt: Remove the mounting fasteners, unplug the 2-pin electrical connector, and lift out the damaged reservoir.


  4. Mount New Tank: Position the new expansion tank into the engine bay, secure the mounting bolts, and reconnect the electrical harness.


  5. Secure Hoses: Attach the inlet and outlet coolant hoses to the radiator connections and securely tighten all hose clamps.


  6. Refill & Test: Fill the reservoir to the designated cold-fill line with fresh coolant, replace the cap, start the engine, and inspect for leaks or air pockets once operating temperature is reached.
